Creating your first VPS
Step by step to order and provision a Cloud VPS.
1. Choose a plan
Go to the Cloud VPS page and pick the plan that fits your workload. Each plan lists vCPUs, RAM, NVMe storage, and bandwidth allowance.
2. Complete your order
At checkout, provide your account details and payment method (Pix, credit card, or boleto). The order is confirmed once payment is approved.
3. Wait for provisioning
As soon as payment is confirmed, the VPS is provisioned automatically. Access credentials become available in the Client Area and are also sent by email.
Services that depend on manual configuration, IP availability, or datacenter release may take a bit longer. Timeframes shown in the offer are estimates unless explicitly marked as guaranteed.
4. Access your VPS
With full root access on any supported Linux distribution, you can connect via SSH right away — see Accessing via SSH.
Next steps
- Configure firewall rules and OS updates.
- Enable two-factor authentication on your Client Area user.
- Check the panel to monitor usage and create backups.
