Introduction
Overview of Verone Cloud's products and how this documentation is organized.
Verone Cloud offers three infrastructure products:
- Cloud VPS — virtual machines with dedicated vCPUs, Gen4 NVMe, and anti-DDoS included.
- Minecraft Hosting — Minecraft servers with stable TPS and protection against game-protocol-specific attacks.
- Dedicated Servers — 100% exclusive hardware, no virtualization, with configurable RAID.
Every plan includes permanent anti-DDoS mitigation at the network edge, a first-party panel, and human support — at no extra cost.
How this documentation is organized
- Getting started covers creating your first server and accessing it via SSH.
- Client Area explains services, billing, renewals, cancellations, support, and product access.
- Game Panel teaches you how to operate Minecraft hosting: console, power, files, SFTP, backups, and schedules.
- Policies and security summarizes the SLA, acceptable use, privacy, and Anti-DDoS protection.
VPS and Dedicated Server products are provided in self-managed mode, unless the contracted offer states otherwise. That means installing and configuring the operating system, applications, and internal security is the Client's responsibility.

Technical support is available through the channels listed in the Client Area (tickets, email, or chat), Monday to Friday 9am–8pm and weekends 10am–6pm.
These guides explain day-to-day procedures but do not replace the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. If they differ, the legal documents and the contracted offer prevail. The authoritative legal documents are in Portuguese.
