Account and security

How to protect panel access, manage your profile, and review external connections.

Account settings control your profile and the ways you can access the Game Panel. Review this area whenever you change email address, device, or team members.

Profile and language

The Account page lets you change your photo, email, password, and panel language. Use an email address you check regularly because security and recovery notices may depend on it.

Password

Use a long, unique password for the panel that differs from your Minecraft, email, and other service passwords. Do not share the main account with server administrators; create separate users.

Two-factor authentication

Enable two-factor authentication to require an additional code at sign-in. Store recovery codes securely and away from the device you normally use to access the panel.

Keys and credentials

  • API credentials: provide automated access and must be treated like passwords.
  • SSH keys: allow key-based authentication for compatible resources.
  • Activity: helps you review recent access and actions.

Revoke any credential you do not recognize or no longer need.

External connections

The Connections menu can link supported accounts such as Discord or Google for easier access. Link only personal accounts under your control. If an external account is compromised or no longer used, remove the connection and review active sessions.

Additional users

To share server management, use the server's Users menu. Grant only the permissions each person needs and remove access when they leave the team.
